Nothing remedies waking up at 6:30 a.m. on a rainy saturday morning quite like trying and perfecting the art of biscuit making. I never shy away from trying a new recipe. I have a stack of “to-try” recipes, a recipe bucket list if you will, and it is a mile high so I need to seize every opportunity to get into the kitchen and whittle it down! Plus, cooking for others is so much more fun than cooking for just myself. I can skimp on butter, calories and general fun when I am cooking for myself; but when I am feeding my friends there will be no short of butter, full fat cheese and taste.

In addition to my culinary adventures, I actually documented my Bucket List. I have hundreds of post-its and pieces of scratch paper floating around in my many purses, crumpled up with scribbles of things to do and places to see, so expect that this list will grow significantly in the near future.
