My excitement level for the upcoming holiday weekend is on par with Christmas. I’ve never put this much thought or intention into the 4th of July, let alone its decor, but this year feels so different. It’s what we’ve waited for these past 17 months. A holiday from normalcy past.
Today I’m serving up some tablescape inspiration and a lesson in shopping your home. The only items I bought were the blue and white striped table cloth ($15), the paper star plates ($1), and glittery star confetti ($1). I had everything else and was able to create three different tables – one classic, one casual, and one just for kids. I guess we’re having three dinner parties this weekend!
So, shop your home, set the table, and enjoy a weekend filled with family and friends. To say we deserve it is an understatement!
