Hello, and welcome to Through Aviator Sunglasses! I created this blog over 12 (TWELVE!) years ago as a creative outlet when I was 23 and new to living in San Francisco. This blog started as an online journal of sorts and saw both short and long periods of inactivity over a decade. The Pandemic changed something for me. I found myself yearning for a creative outlet again, so I picked up my keyboard and began sharing again. Today, Through Aviator Sunglasses is a lifestyle blog where I share moments of motherhood, home, and travel. I am very passionate about my life as a mom and sharing and discussing motherhood is one of my favorite topics. My husband and I live in the Bay Area with our three young daughters.
As a writer, I’ve always been an open book. So, in addition to your typical lifestyle posts, you’ll find my stories. These are longer posts sharing my thoughts and feelings on everything from career and motherhood, pregnancy, purpose, motherhood and COVID, and more.
