Double Delight Peanut Butter-Honey Cookies
If I had to eat one thing for the rest of my life it would definitely be a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Although, these days I am a fan of the peanut butter, banana, and honey sandwich. So when I stumbled upon this recipe on my favorite baking blog I couldn’t resist. A peanut butter-honey cookie stuffed with peanut butter and rolled in honey roasted peanuts. I am in double stuffed heaven. I cannot believe I’ve had the willpower to eat just one. I spent this gloomy day baking these delights in anticipation of the arrival of my favorite house guests–my parents!
